How much does RepeatAce cost?
$199 a month, or $1,990 a year, includes all five Aces: Review Ace, Referral Ace (with Request Service), Magnet Ace, Team Ace and Network Ace. A $150 setup fee is charged once, when you add your card, and there is no contract.
Do I need Jobber to use RepeatAce?
No. Without field service software, you record each finished job from your phone in about 30 seconds, or upload a CSV file, and each job you record starts your messages.
How long does setup take?
Setup is ten short steps, about 16 minutes in all. The first five open your dashboard, and the last five, ending with Go live, sit in a list on the dashboard.
Who pays the referral rewards, and when?
You do. A customer earns a reward only when the friend they referred has a job completed and paid, and the reward is charged to your card on file when it is approved. Your customer then chooses a prepaid Visa card, a gift card or a charity donation.
Will my customers see the RepeatAce name?
Your messages come from your business name, and every web page your customers open carries your logo and brand color. RepeatAce's name appears nowhere on the review page or the magnet page. Emails go from the RepeatAce sending address, with your business name as the sender.
What if it does not work for my business?
RepeatAce makes four guarantees, on setup, reviews, referrals and return, and each one applies once your account reaches its minimum. If a promise is missed, your subscription fees for that period are refunded. The $150 setup fee is never refunded. Read the guarantee
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no contract. The owner cancels from the Billing page, and the account keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.
Why is there no free trial?
Carriers must approve your A2P 10DLC texting registration before your texts can go out, and that can take weeks. A short trial would end before your first text was sent, so we offer four guarantees instead.
How many texts are included?
2,000 delivered texts a month. Sending pauses at the limit unless you turn on extra texts at $0.03 each. A long text, or one with emoji, can count as two or more. Emails, alerts to you and your team, and failed texts are not counted.
How does the first 20 offer work?
The first 20 companies to join early access pay no subscription for their first 3 months, then $199 a month. The $150 setup fee still applies, and the offer cannot be combined with the annual setup fee waiver. During the free months, texts stop at 2,000 for the month, with no overage.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
A monthly plan ends at the end of the paid month, with no partial refund. An annual plan is refunded in full if you cancel within 30 days of the annual charge; after that it runs to the end of the year and does not renew. The $150 setup fee is not refunded, and if it was waived on your annual plan, $150 is taken from that refund. Guarantee refunds are separate.

Got a text from a contractor?
RepeatAce sends review and referral messages on behalf of home-service companies, in their name. To stop texts, reply STOP to the message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. For questions about your service, contact the company that did the work, because they hold your service records. Found a magnet or sticker on your fridge? Tap it or scan the code to see your service history and contact that company.
