Why RepeatAce exists
RepeatAce started with renovation work on my own house. Finding someone good was harder than it should have been. The contractors I called were booked up, many never returned the call, and when I asked friends for names, the people they recommended did not call back either.
Friends who work in the trades told me the other side of it. Business was busy, they had more work than they could take on, and they were turning jobs away.
Around the same time, a company replaced the HVAC units at my house. They did good work, and afterwards they asked me for a referral and a Google review. Both requests were clumsy, and most of the process could clearly run on its own.
The best companies were busy because of word of mouth, yet the way they asked for it was still manual, and the work they turned away went nowhere. RepeatAce fixes that. It asks every customer for a review and a referral at the right moment, pays the reward without paperwork, and passes the jobs you cannot take to a company you trust.
