Magnet Ace

The Google review card that does more than reviews.

Each magnet opens a page in your company's name where the homeowner sees the work you have done and can ask for service, send you a friend or leave a review.

One tap opens a page in your name.

  1. The homeowner holds their phone to the magnet, sticker or card, or points the phone's camera at its QR code.

  2. A page opens with your company name, logo and brand color. RepeatAce's name appears nowhere on it.

  3. To see their service history, they enter their mobile number and tap "Text me a code".

  4. They type in the six-digit code from the text. The code works for 10 minutes.

  5. When the number matches one of your customers, the page opens. If the magnet was not linked yet, this first tap links it to that customer's home.

That phone is remembered for 90 days, so later taps open the page without a code.

See it step by step

The page a magnet opens on a homeowner's phone, with Leave a review, Refer a friend and Request service

Their history with you, and three easy next steps.

The page greets the customer by first name and lists their visits at that home, newest first. Each visit shows the date, the job type and the technician's first name. Prices never show.

The page offers "Leave a review", "Refer a friend" and "Request service". Whichever comes first is the large button, and the order follows the time since the last job:

  • In the 14 days after the last job, "Leave a review" comes first.
  • From day 15, "Refer a friend" comes first.
  • Within 60 days of the next service date, or once it has passed, "Request service" comes first.

"Leave a review" opens your Google review page directly for every homeowner, with no question before it.

50 magnets included with setup.

  • The 50 magnets in your setup ship to your business address, within 3 business days by USPS, and usually arrive within a week.
  • Designs are generic by trade, such as a roofing design for roofers. Your company name is never printed on a magnet; it appears on the page the magnet opens.
  • Stickers and cards work the same way as magnets.
  • Need more? Ask for a pack from Magnet Ace's Stock tab. Magnet Ace is included in every plan, with no separate price.

Questions

What happens when a homeowner taps a magnet?
A page opens in your company's name. After the homeowner confirms their mobile with a code by text, it shows the work you have done at their home and offers "Request service", "Refer a friend" and "Leave a review".
Does the page show my prices?
No. Each visit shows the date, the job type and the technician's first name, and job titles from Jobber show only if you switch them on.
Does a technician have to link each magnet?
No. A technician can link it at the door with the technician app, and otherwise the magnet links to the customer's home on the homeowner's first tap.
How many magnets do I get?
Your setup includes 50 magnets, shipped to your business address. After that you ask for packs from Magnet Ace's Stock tab, and RepeatAce charges the card on file. Packs ship within 3 business days and usually arrive within a week.
Does the page ask whether the customer was happy before showing the review link?
No. "Leave a review" opens your Google review page directly for every homeowner.
