Your Privacy Choices

This page is run by Tackr Flow Inc., doing business as RepeatAce. It covers four separate choices. Each works on its own.

1. Advertising and analytics cookies on our website#

Our marketing website, repeatace.com, uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies, stores no personal identifiers and reports only totals, such as how many people viewed a page. Google Analytics and the advertising tags from Google (Google Ads), Meta (Meta Pixel) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag) are not active on the site, and the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to turn off. If we turn any of those tools on, a control to switch them off will appear here first, and we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.

Pages homeowners see after hearing from a business never use these tools.

2. Stop texts or emails#

• Texts: reply STOP to any text, or tell the sender in your own words that you want texts to stop.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• You can also email hello@repeatace.com and ask us to stop messages from a business that uses RepeatAce. We will stop them through our service, and tell the business.

3. See, correct or delete your information#

Email hello@repeatace.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, saying whether you are a website visitor, a business customer, or a customer of a business, and what you are asking for.

• We verify these requests by matching details we already hold, for example with a code sent to your email or phone. Please do not send copies of identity documents by email. If we need more to verify you, we will tell you how to provide it securely.
• An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission; we may confirm directly with you.
• If you are a customer of a business that uses RepeatAce, we may pass your request to that business and act on its instructions, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
• We respond within the time the applicable law requires, and in any case aim to respond within 45 days.

4. Appeal a decision#

If we decline your request, reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will review it and respond within the time the law requires.
