Team Ace credits each lead a technician brings in and records a bonus when the lead books and another when it is paid.

- A homeowner opens the technician's link or scans their QR code and asks for service.
- The technician sends a lead from the technician app, after confirming the homeowner agreed to be contacted.
- A customer refers a friend or asks for service from a magnet the technician linked. These leads earn the same bonuses as leads through the technician's own link.

- The technician app shows a technician only their own QR code, leads and earnings, and none of your screens.
- Team Ace has no rankings or scores, and the Results tab lists technicians by name.
Questions
What does a technician earn a bonus for?
A technician earns one bonus when a lead they brought in books and another when it is paid. The default is $25 when booked and $50 when paid, and you can choose another preset or your own amounts.
Does RepeatAce pay my technicians?
No. RepeatAce records what each technician earns, you approve each bonus, and you pay it through your own payroll with the CSV from "Bonuses for payroll".
