Referral Ace sends each customer a personal link after a completed job, so they can refer a friend, ask for service themselves or share the link, and earn a reward when a friend's job is paid.
What goes out, and when
The referral ask goes 3 days after the review request, or when the invoice is paid, whichever is later. It is always a separate message from the review request and carries the customer's personal referral link.
One reminder follows 7 days after the referral ask, only if the link was never opened. After that, nothing more goes out for that job.
When the customer refers someone, they get a thank-you at once. They hear again when the friend books, and again when their reward is on its way.
The friend receives a welcome text naming who referred them, with your friend offer if you have one, and a link to request an estimate.
60 days after a customer's reward is paid, they get one "know anyone else?" ask.
One tap to refer a friend.
The link opens a page in your company's name and brand, with no RepeatAce branding. It greets the customer by first name and shows what they can earn and your friend offer. The main button is "Refer a friend". Under it sit "Request service", "Share" and "Leave a Google review".
"Share" opens the phone's own share menu with a ready-written message and the customer's link.
Request service lets a past customer ask for work of their own from the same page, so every referral ask can bring back a repeat job too.
Rewards that follow the size of the job.
The reward depends on the paid invoice of the friend's job. On the Standard preset:

You can choose Generous or Starter instead, or set your own amounts.
- Rewards under your threshold, $100 unless you change it, are approved automatically. The rest wait in the approval queue.
- Your customers get a text from you with a link, and choose a prepaid Visa card, a gift card or a charity donation.
- Choose one of the offers listed for your trade or write your own, up to 80 characters. The friend sees it in the welcome text and on the welcome web page.
Know which job every referral came from.
Every friend a customer refers, and every customer who asks for service themselves, becomes a lead you follow from new to paid on the Leads tab. On Jobber it also goes into Jobber as a request marked "From RepeatAce". RepeatAce credits a referred friend's paid job to the referral automatically.
