Network Ace Terms

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. What Network Ace is and who these terms cover#

Network Ace is a feature of RepeatAce, provided by Tackr Flow Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as RepeatAce ("RepeatAce"). It lets one business pass a homeowner's service request that it cannot or does not want to do to another business, and track the outcome.

These terms are a contract between RepeatAce and each of:

  • the sending business, a RepeatAce customer that sends a job; and
  • the receiving business, the legal business that accepts a job, whether or not it is a RepeatAce customer.

For RepeatAce customers, these terms form part of the RepeatAce Terms of Service and control on Network Ace matters. For a receiving business that is not a RepeatAce customer, these terms are the complete agreement with RepeatAce about Network Ace; the RepeatAce Terms of Service do not apply to it.

The arrangement about the work, and any referral fee, is between the two businesses. Each business has its own separate agreement with RepeatAce for using Network Ace.

2. How it works#

  1. The homeowner's permission. The sending business records that the homeowner asked for, or agreed to, their request being passed to another business, and which business or type of business. The Service will not send a job without that record.
  2. Sending. The sending business chooses the receiving business and describes the work.
  3. Notice and verified access. The receiving business is notified by email at the business address the sending business provided, or by text only if that contact has opted in to RepeatAce texts. The notice contains only the job notice and no marketing. Before viewing the job, the receiving business confirms a one-time code sent to that same contact. Confirming a code verifies access; it is not acceptance of these terms.
  4. Preview. Before accepting, the receiving business sees only information that identifies no one: the type of work, the general area (such as the town or ZIP code), the requested timing, and any referral fee and its terms. Homeowner names, street addresses and contact details are not shown until acceptance.
  5. Accepting. To accept, the person acting for the receiving business gives its legal business name, confirms they are authorized to act for it, and checks an unticked box agreeing to these terms. Only then are the homeowner's details released.
  6. Declining or expiry. The receiving business may decline. A job not accepted within 48 hours expires and returns to the sending business. Declining, or letting a job expire, creates no obligation to RepeatAce or the sending business.
  7. After acceptance. The sending business can see whether the job was accepted and its status. Where the receiving business uses RepeatAce, status may include whether the job was completed and its value, for calculating any referral fee. Otherwise the receiving business may be asked to confirm the outcome.

4. Responsibilities#

4.1 The sending business shares only the homeowner details the receiving business needs for the request, and only with the homeowner's recorded permission.

4.2 A receiving business that accepts a job will:

  • use the homeowner's details only to contact the homeowner about that request and to do any work the homeowner agrees to;
  • not send the homeowner marketing texts or add them to marketing lists without obtaining the homeowner's own permission (the homeowner's texting permission with the sending business is never transferred);
  • keep the details secure and confidential;
  • hold the licenses and insurance the work requires; and
  • be solely responsible for its quotes, workmanship, warranties and conduct.

4.3 Records. RepeatAce keeps a record of each job and its outcome for the sending business and for legal purposes. Because the preview identifies no one, a business that declines receives no homeowner information.

4.4 RepeatAce provides the tools to send, accept and track jobs with reasonable care and protects the information as described in its Privacy Policy. RepeatAce is not a party to any job, fee agreement or contract between businesses or with a homeowner. It does not vet, license, insure, rank or endorse any business, and sending or receiving a job is not a recommendation.

5. Liability, indemnity and other terms#

5.1 Disclaimer. Network Ace is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, RepeatAce does not guarantee that any job will be accepted, completed or paid, or that any fee will be paid.

5.2 Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, RepeatAce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, and RepeatAce's total liability to a receiving business that is not a RepeatAce customer is limited to $100. For RepeatAce customers, the limits in the RepeatAce Terms of Service apply. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or RepeatAce's liability for its own fraud or willful misconduct.

5.3 Indemnity. Each business will defend and indemnify Tackr Flow Inc., and its directors, officers and employees, against third-party claims and resulting losses and reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent arising from that business's work, conduct, use of homeowner information, referral fees, or breach of these terms, but not to the extent caused by RepeatAce's own breach or unlawful conduct. RepeatAce will notify the business promptly, let it control the defense with reasonable counsel, and cooperate at its expense; no settlement may admit fault for RepeatAce without its consent.

5.4 Disputes between businesses are for those businesses to resolve. RepeatAce may share its records of the job with both businesses and may suspend Network Ace for any business that misuses it.

5.5 Governing law and courts. These terms are governed by South Carolina law. Disputes with RepeatAce are heard in the state courts in Charleston County, South Carolina, or the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, Charleston Division, where it has jurisdiction.

5.6 Changes. RepeatAce may update these terms for future jobs. The version accepted with a job applies to that job.
