RepeatAce Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This policy sets out what businesses and their users may not do with RepeatAce. It is provided by Tackr Flow Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as RepeatAce ("RepeatAce"), and forms part of the RepeatAce Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service. It applies to every account, Authorized User, message, page and magnet.

1. Messages, contact data and content#

You must not use the Service to:

  • send automated texts to anyone without a valid permission record for texts from your business, as described in section 5.3 of the Terms of Service and the SMS Terms & Messaging Policy;
  • send email to people who have not done business with you or asked you for a quote or service;
  • message anyone who has opted out, except as the opt-out rules in the Terms of Service allow;
  • import or message purchased, rented, shared, scraped or otherwise acquired contact lists, or contacts who are not your own customers or people who asked you for service;
  • enter a business's contact details in Network Ace for anything other than notifying that business of a specific job you are sending it (Network Ace notices are sent by email, or by text only to contacts who have opted in, and carry no marketing);
  • enter a referred friend's number or email so that the Service contacts them, instead of letting them sign up themselves;
  • hide or misstate who is sending a message, or pose as another business or person;
  • send content that is false, deceptive or misleading, including false offers or invented urgency;
  • send content about cannabis or CBD, firearms, gambling, adult or sexual material, high-risk financial services, payday loans, debt relief or collection, tobacco or vaping, or illegal goods and services;
  • send content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory or discriminatory;
  • include links that hide their destination, such as public link shorteners, or that lead to malware or phishing pages;
  • upload Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account or card numbers, health information, or passwords for other services; or
  • try to get around message allowances, sending hours, opt-out handling or carrier filtering.

2. Reviews, referrals, rewards and Network Ace#

You must not:

  • offer a reward, discount or anything else of value in exchange for a review, or make anything depend on what a review says;
  • send review requests only to customers you expect to be satisfied, or screen customers before offering the review link;
  • write, buy or arrange fake reviews, or ask employees, relatives or friends to review your business as if they were customers;
  • create fake referrals, refer yourself or your staff, or approve rewards for referrals you know are not genuine;
  • change job values to move a reward into a higher band;
  • refuse a reward that has been earned under your published offer;
  • send a job through Network Ace without the homeowner's permission, or share more homeowner information than the receiving business needs; or
  • use Network Ace to pass work to a business you know lacks a license or insurance the work requires.

3. Security and misuse of the Service#

You must not:

  • share sign-in details, or let anyone use the Service who is not an Authorized User of your business;
  • try to access another business's account, data, magnets or pages;
  • probe, scan or test the Service for weaknesses, other than reporting a weakness you come across to hello@repeatace.com with "Security" in the subject line;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • overload the Service, or use bots or scripts other than through features we provide;
  • upload viruses or other harmful code; or
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or for a business that is not a genuine home-service business.

4. Enforcement and reporting#

What we may do. If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, refuse imported contacts, pause messaging, retire magnets, suspend Authorized Users, or suspend or close the account, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where practicable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may act without notice where carriers, End Customers or the Service are at risk.

Reporting a problem. If you receive a message through RepeatAce that you did not agree to, or see misuse of the Service, email hello@repeatace.com with the sending business's name and the date of the message. To stop texts at once, reply STOP.

Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always at this address with its effective date.
